**Lockboxes are used by realtors to obtain a key to your property while you are away. Only you and the real estate agents that you have authorized will have the combination to your lockbox.  The combination can be changed for your added security.

As soon as we we list you property on the MLS, we will then order your sign package.  Typically, your package will arrive within 3-5 business days.  Your sign package is an important tool for selling as Realtors feel more confident knowing that you are listed on the MLS and will be more apt to show your home if they are just driving by (vs. a for sale by owner sign). 

Our Sign Packages provide a customized sign rider with the owner's phone number.  Drive-by buyers will call you direct to see your property.  Your contact information will also be listed on all the flyers generated from our web site.  Remember, if you show and sell your property yourself and there is no Realtor involved, you pay NO COMMISSION!
