We offer a 90 risk free policy!  If at any time up to 90 days you decide you would like to list with a traditional full service brokerage, Connect Realty, Inc., will refer your listing to any traditional realty of you choice.  Once accepted by the Broker of that office and successful closing of your property with that Broker, we will refund 100% of the Package Fee you paid upon listing with Connect Realty, Inc.

Connect Realty, Inc. might receive a referral fee from your chosen Broker and any amounts received will be disclosed to you.
