Melisa Komarek, Broker/Owner of Connect Realty, Inc. has  8 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.  She holds professional membership with the following organizations:  NOMAR (New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute),  NAR (National Association of Realtors), GCAR (Gulf Coast Association of Realtors), MAR (Mississippi Association of Realtors),  and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Louisiana and Mississippi.  She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with honors and holds a degree in Political Economy of Industral Societies.  She was also a recipipient of Berkeley's "Chancellor's Scholarship", the most distiguised recognition offered to entering students. 

Working as an Independent Broker, Melisa Komarek has offered Sellers a reduced commission rate since the beginning of her career in 1999.   Her goal has always been to offer an alternative to the traditional real estate company; excellent customer service and cutting edge marketing, without charging a high commission...saving her clients thousands of dollars with a reduced commission rate over the years.
